Communion > Escape from the Corruption

By Martin Cisneros

Thank You, Father, in the Name of Jesus for returning to Zion, dwelling in the midst of Jerusalem, and calling us the City of Truth, the mountain of the Lord of hosts, the holy mountain, according to Zechariah 8:3.  Thank You, Father, for Your zeal and the great fervor of Your zeal for us, according to Zechariah 8:2.  Thank You, Father, for saving Your people from the land of the rising sun and from the land of the setting sun, for bringing us back, and making us dwell in the midst of our Hebrews 12 Jerusalem, for making us Your people and being our God in truth and righteousness, according to Zechariah 8:7-8.  Thank You, Father, that the seed HAS BEEN prosperous, the vine has given it's fruit, and the ground has given her increase, and the heavens have given their dew, according to Zechariah 8:12.  Thank You, Father, for being determined to do good to us, according to Zechariah 8:15 and 2Corinthians 1:19-20.  Thanks be to God Who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!!  Lord Jesus, we partake of the Bread and Cup with you, according to Matthew 26:29.

For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took Bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said "Take, eat; this is My Body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me."

In the same manner also took the Cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the New Testament in My Blood. This do, as often as you drink in remembrance of Me."

For as often as we eat this Bread and drink this Cup, we proclaim the Lord's death 'til every promise we're standing on is fulfilled.  Thank You, Father, that we're no longer weak and sick and none of us will die because we rightly discern the Lord's Body, have judged ourselves and won't be judged with the world.  Because when we judge ourselves we are chastened by the Holy Spirit, through the Scriptures, so that we're not condemned with the world.  Thank You, Father, that these aren't days of condemnation for any of us who are partaking today of the divine nature through the Bread and Cup of the Lamb, by Who's promises we're partakers of the escape from the corruption that's in the world through lust.  Thank You, Father, for our escape from poverty that's in the world through lust.  Thank You, Father, for our escape from sickness that's in the world through lust.  Thank You, Father, for our escape from emotional captivity that's in the world through lust.  Thank You, Father, for our escape from danger that's in the world through lust.  Thank You, Father, for our escape from financial collapse that's been in the world through lust.  Thank You, Father, for our escape from violence that's in the world through lust.  Thank You, Father, for our escape from violations of the Hosea 2:18 Covenant that are in the world through lust.  Thank You, Father, for our escape from mental, moral, and spiritual compromise that's in the world through lust.  Thank You, Father, for our calling and election having been made sure through the Bread and Cup of the Lamb.  Therefore, we love truth and prosperity, according to Zechariah 8:19, because we've given judgment in our gates for truth, justice, and prosperity, according to Zechariah 8:16.

For the idols speak delusion; the diviners envision lies, and tell false dreams; they comfort in vain. Therefore the people wend their way like sheep; they are in trouble because there is no shepherd. Zechariah 10:2

Unless otherwise noted, Scripture quotations are from a solid Center Column Reference Study New King James Version Bible. Where Center Column Reference alternate renderings are preferred, they're not always noted on the site at the time of their usage in a given context, if there's a discrepancy between our quotation and a NKJV that our site's visitors use that's missing the Center Column Reference notes that provide more literal renderings, alternative Hebrew and Greek manuscript variations, etc. Sometimes an "Understood Subject" from the given chapter of the Bible or the particular book of the Bible (perhaps previous chapter) is given attention to while teaching. Reading (and rereading) each book of the Bible [in it's entirety] that's being quoted from in the midst of each subject is [always] greatly encouraged for added clarity! While we're [deeply] supportive of what's understood to be orthodox Christian doctrine on all matters, we're always looking for what God's ADDITIONALLY saying to us in each subject being taught.
