Communion > All of our enemies

By Martin Cisneros

Father, in the Name of Jesus, we thank You for the Isaiah 54 Covenant of Prosperity that can not be removed from us!  We thank You, Father, that Your peace is always there after we've obeyed You and seldom before we've obeyed You.  We thank You that faith is always there after we've stood on Your Word and acted upon it, and seldom before our meditation becomes implementation.  We thank You for being our Shepherd, for anointing our heads with oil, for not leading us to cliffs, or to holes in the earth, but for leading us into green pastures and beside still waters.  We thank You, Father, that goodness and mercy follow us all of the days of our lives, Edenic goodness and Your Passionate Covenantal fidelity.  Father, we thank You that each of these animals are our Covenant brothers and Covenant sisters according to Jeremiah 31:27-28 and Romans 8:21, among other Scriptures.  We thank You, Father, for these little brothers and sisters that are obviously like infants before You and us that we must stand in faith for, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.  We thank You for Your healing power that's increasingly been working in their lives and delivering them from harm's way.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, we thank You for the anointing You promised in Deuteronomy 8 and in Isaiah 48 that would teach us how to get wealth in order to establish Your Covenant in the earth.  We thank You that we're heirs of Abraham, and joint-heirs with Christ, according to Romans 4, Galatians chapters 3 and 4, and Hebrews 6.  We thank You, Father, for comforting everyone through us with the same comfort with which we ourselves have been comforted by God, according to 2Corinthians 1:3-7 and that as Your healing, protective, restoring, and prospering anointings have been comforting us, the same thing will happen in the lives of those that we're enriching in their understanding and practice of the Gospel.  We thank You, Father, for the upward calling of the Gospel movement forward towards no harm and no destruction in our Hebrews 12:22 New Jerusalem, because the land is full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea, according to Isaiah 11:9.  Thank You, Father, that all of our iniquities and all of our thorns and briers have been removed in one day, according to Zechariah 3:9 and Isaiah 10:17 and that You're riding us as Your royal horse in the battle, according to Zechariah 10:3.  Thank You, Father, that together we're going forth with recreating everything with the Gospel upon our lips, people are repenting and becoming disciples of the New Testament, and the whole land is filling with Your glory.  In celebration of our going from victory to victory, sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the Gospel into further dimensions of operating in the authority of Lord Jesus by the Gospel, we sup with our Lord Jesus, according to Revelation 3:20.

Lord Jesus, on the same night in which You were betrayed, You took the Bread, blessed it, and broke it, declaring it to be Your Body broken for us, and now, as then, we eat this in Remembrance of You!

In the same manner in which You supped, You took the Cup declaring it to be Your Blood of the New Testament, shed for many for the remission of sins, and now, as then, we drink this in Remembrance of You!

We thank You that all of our enemies are under our feet, we've possessed the gates of our enemies, and all of our enemies have been reconciled with our God through the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, our fervent prayers, and our ever-increasing love, and the ever-growing testimony of God's goodness in our lives that's brought THEM to repentance!  Merciful God, thank You for redeeming the lives of our enemies from destruction, renewing their youth as the eagle's, and for giving them an inheritance among us through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the Gospel.  We thank You for granting them repentance that lead to the acknowledgment and faithful practice of the truth.  Father, we thank You that the same green pastures and still waters that are our green pastures and still waters are now the green pastures and still waters of those who were formerly our enemies, to whom You've revealed Yourself and removed all enmity.

Thank You, Father, for casting down their every vain imagination and bringing their every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, for bringing them into remembrance of all that You'd said in Your Son in His earthly ministry, and for convicting them by the Holy Spirit, giving them the Holy Spirit, and for having lead them into all truth, just as You have with us!  Thank You, Father, that all of our former days, weeks, and months of fasting that were spent in the recovery of their souls from their errors are now days of joy and gladness and cheerful feasts, according to Zechariah 8:19!  Thank You, Father, that Cain and Abel are now reconciled, Isaac and Ishmael are now reconciled, and Jacob and Esau are now reconciled -- and all have been redeemed and reconciled through the Blood of Jesus Christ, according to Your good pleasure which You purposed in Yourself and revealed to us in all wisdom and understanding, according to Ephesians 1:8-10, Ezekiel 16:53-55, Revelation 5:13, and Revelation 15:3-4.  We thank You, Father, for having ransomed from Hell and for having redeemed from death, according to Hosea 13:14 and that now, the whole land is filled with Your glory, according to Isaiah 11:9!!

For the idols speak delusion; the diviners envision lies, and tell false dreams; they comfort in vain. Therefore the people wend their way like sheep; they are in trouble because there is no shepherd. Zechariah 10:2

Unless otherwise noted, Scripture quotations are from a solid Center Column Reference Study New King James Version Bible. Where Center Column Reference alternate renderings are preferred, they're not always noted on the site at the time of their usage in a given context, if there's a discrepancy between our quotation and a NKJV that our site's visitors use that's missing the Center Column Reference notes that provide more literal renderings, alternative Hebrew and Greek manuscript variations, etc. Sometimes an "Understood Subject" from the given chapter of the Bible or the particular book of the Bible (perhaps previous chapter) is given attention to while teaching. Reading (and rereading) each book of the Bible [in it's entirety] that's being quoted from in the midst of each subject is [always] greatly encouraged for added clarity! While we're [deeply] supportive of what's understood to be orthodox Christian doctrine on all matters, we're always looking for what God's ADDITIONALLY saying to us in each subject being taught.
