Communion > Freedom from the Valley of the Shadow of Death!!

By Martin Cisneros

Father, in Jesus' Name, we thank You for all You called "Jesus Christ;" every Word that went into His being from You, and all You made to come to pass in His life in our behalf, whether we're people, animals, or anyone else, or anything else, in all of Your Creation!  Thank You, Father, for His virgin birth, sinless life, anointed ministry, faithful life, sufferings in our behalf, resurrection, and ascension.  Thank You, Father, that after His resurrection, He was seen by over 500 for 40 days.  Thank You, Father, for every page of the New Testament being precisely what the Apostles wrote, taught, bled, and died for.  Thank You, Father, that they, together with us, reign to the ages of ages with You.  Thank You, Father, for all that we have been called to, all that You have redeemed us from, all that You have re-created us into, all that You've lead us through Your Word regarding, and all that You've brought into our lives.  Thank You, Father, for all whose eyes and ears You've opened in the behalf of Your Gospel, and all that You've done through us in making us Your partners in their discipleship.  Thank You, Father, that as brothers and sisters with us, we all have bold access to worship before You because of the Broken Body and Shed Blood of Jesus.

Lord Jesus, we sup with You, thankful that You've knocked on our door, according to Revelation 3:20.  Jesus, we take Your Body that You blessed and broke for us, and we eat this in Remembrance of You!

Lord Jesus, with joy and thanksgiving, we take Your Blood shed for the New Testament, and we drink this in Remembrance of You, as Your brothers and sisters that You are not ashamed of!

Thank You, Father, for making us partakers in Your divine nature through the grace and peace that is ours through Your promises in the Gospel and in the Prophets of the Bible.  Thank You, Father, for making us heirs of Abraham and joint-heirs with one another as Jews, Gentiles, and animals through our being joint-heirs with Christ that have been planted in the House of Israel and in the House of Judah, according to Jeremiah 31:27-28.  Thank You, Father, for making Jesus a High Priest and King to the age, after the Order of Melchizedek, according to Psalm 110 and Hebrews chapters 6 and 7.  Thank You, Father, for our current citizenship in New Jerusalem, according to Hebrews 12 and Revelation chapters 21 and 22.  Thank You, Father, for every healing, every sign and wonder, for making us wealthy, whole, peaceful, and Your righteousness.  Thank You, Father, for protecting us and making us joyful, patient, articulate, strong, wise, and youthful beyond our years.  Thank You, Father, for freedom from debt, freedom from want, and freedom from the valley of the shadow of death.  We thank You, Father, that the Covenant of Peace cannot be removed from us, neither can our sonship and anointing, or any aspect of Your wisdom, strength, knowledge, understanding, chastity, sanctification, patience, joy, hope, tenderness, kindness, and freedom from fear that You've worked into our lives by the Word of Faith which we preach, according to Romans 10:8, in Jesus' Name!  Amen!!

For the idols speak delusion; the diviners envision lies, and tell false dreams; they comfort in vain. Therefore the people wend their way like sheep; they are in trouble because there is no shepherd. Zechariah 10:2

Unless otherwise noted, Scripture quotations are from a solid Center Column Reference Study New King James Version Bible. Where Center Column Reference alternate renderings are preferred, they're not always noted on the site at the time of their usage in a given context, if there's a discrepancy between our quotation and a NKJV that our site's visitors use that's missing the Center Column Reference notes that provide more literal renderings, alternative Hebrew and Greek manuscript variations, etc. Sometimes an "Understood Subject" from the given chapter of the Bible or the particular book of the Bible (perhaps previous chapter) is given attention to while teaching. Reading (and rereading) each book of the Bible [in it's entirety] that's being quoted from in the midst of each subject is [always] greatly encouraged for added clarity! While we're [deeply] supportive of what's understood to be orthodox Christian doctrine on all matters, we're always looking for what God's ADDITIONALLY saying to us in each subject being taught.
