Just a quick reminder that faith begins where the Word of God is given first priority and final authority. It's roots are developed through a series of noncompromise decisions that are rooted in the realities of redemption and the New Testament principles of the Christian life. It's roots are developed through quality decisions about which there is no argument and from which there is no retreat. It's nurtured by one's hope, love, generosity, and thanksgiving that's based upon the Great Commission, 1st, and the Covenants of Promise that relate to each area of life that one's redeemed in, secondarily.
Faith is NEVER the successful masturbation of one's EMOTIONS! Faith comes by hearing and hearing, according ...
I'm just going to throw something out there that I've nervously been inching towards standing on by faith. When I bring it up, it'll become apparent why if it were right on any level, why we as ministers have been blushing about fully "going there," no matter how stout our ministry background & assumptions of our lack of fear to "really go there" regardless of where "there" is. But remembering Christ as the Last Adam, the 2nd Progenator of humanity, or perhaps Christohumanity, and remembering everything we've understood, taught, and stood on regarding substitution and identification in the Scriptures with resisting from our lives anything Scripture clearly says was ours that was laid upon...
Mexico's time has come for the shaking move of Holy Spirit to bring them into the fullness of His power, the fullness of His Word of Faith and Universal Restoration message. The time has come for the tearing down of their various worship cults that promote and venerate Death itself as something to be considered on the level of a saint, of a demigod, or of a counterpart to God Himself. There will come a rapid reversal in the decrees of death upon that nation that have been brought upon them through witchcraft and the spirit of Haman will be purged from their midst that's sought to come after what's been growing in the spiritual manger of their various states!
That country will be bathed in the anointing of God. The ...
Uncertain of HOW God's going to arrange the internet access, if God's going to look at OUR ministry the way He looked at KCM, Mike Barber, and others about the satellite tv issue over 2 decades ago to SEE TO IT, but I heard the Voice of the Father say that those that are in prison are coming to the Christian Universalist websites so we BETTER get our houses IN ORDER according to New Testament principles and the principles of the Biblical prophets and sages that spoke to the NT times!!!!!!
The time has come for every minister of the Universal Reconciliation to be on their faces before God for writings that'll meet the needs of the most broken among us, to intercede before God until we not only write what we believe is the ...
With everything I've sent out over the last 20yrs of ministry materials to people, both letters & books of every price range that never reached their intended audience, I'm really surprised that I hadn't already done this on my own with regards to the mailing policy of our ministry via snail mail. I can't tell you how many books, tapes, CDs, letters, and other materials I've sent to people over the yrs that never reached who they were supposed to reach FOR VARIOUS REASONS.
I always just counted it as a seed sown and exercised my faith that it wasn't sent in vain, didn't get immediately trashed, nor did it get lost on someone's table, shelf, drawer, or closet, but that it met every need it was ...
Really goofy episode of NCIS on CBS tonight. She rejected Tony 9yrs earlier 'cause he was the one, but now she wants "the one." Hope he's not stupid enough to consider it 'cause of unresolved feelings these years later, 'cause they're not only entirely different people now, but their lives weren't shaped by the same shared experiences to where they're not even on each other's radar, realistically, with the lives they've lived since then. "Once the one, always the one" AIN'T NECESSARILY SO if the two have developed yrs of experiences independent of one another, as well as relational pains and responses to those pains since then that have reshaped their insides from anything ...
Some have said that Purim's not mentioned by name in the New Testament because the LORD wasn't mentioned in the book of Esther. But as His Names are hidden 5 times in the book of Esther in Hebrew acronyms, so we have veiled references to Purim in the New Testament with multiple documents in the New Testament that could more strictly be called Purim documents for the simple reasoning that though they mention Passover and other seasons of the Jewish year, they include reversals of proclamations of death via resurrection and other means & they're testimonials to all the LORD had done in their midst at the close of the Jewish religious year. A lot of Jesus' choices of phraseology can be said to be Purim-related, ...
Stricter translations seem reluctant to even imply it's the meaning of the Greek, but after seeing it in the NIV, I found others that would corroborate being able to "take it that way" such as the NASB, plus a few others: Acts 28 implies St. Paul died around what we'd call [centuries later] Valentine's Day or STRICTLY ON Purim, and though it says he had 2yrs of unhindered ministry, comparing Luke's intent with the Gospel baring his name, the particular context of the prophecy cited from Isaiah that says to "say this" 'til the Temple in Jerusalem is destroyed, & Luke's style in talking about St. Paul, Luke's making Jesus and Paul the Alpha and Omega of the Gospel with Jesus having died ...
We forget sometimes in recounting the story of the Exodus with such vengeful glee against Pharoah that each man & woman we ENJOY villifying in our preaching who did some pretty bad things in the Bible's accounts are each men and women who've had a repentant heart for thousands of years, whether our theologies allow for their ultimate restoration or not. Even among Christian Universalists, I've detected the fundamentalist tone about people & nations in the Bible who's specific members that were being cited when the Bible was being written are EACH people who've had humility before God for longer than we've been in the earth -- whether or not they've been restored, OR EVER COULD BE, or whether their ...
God made me a promise on January 17, 2012 about my eyes being fully opened within 3wks [to certain matters] & I'm sitting here stunned at what happened a little while ago. I'm writing this on February 6, 2012. Was listening to a CD from a few yrs ago by Jerry Savelle from the 2005 Great Lakes Prosperity Overflow Convention that the Copelands hosted where Jerry taught on "the Hand of the Lord." Was feeling as though we were supposed to invoke the Hand of the Lord upon all of Creation, on Purim, in the behalf of the Universal Restoration, when suddenly all 10 chapters of Esther revealed the Universal Restoration to me all at once!
The abolishment of death is a fulfillment of Purim! What's had a ...
We believe in: the virgin birth (Matthew 1:18-23), sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), resurrection of Christ in the most literal sense (Luke 24:46), the redeeming power of the Blood of Jesus (Ephesians 1:7), the nonnegotiability of Jesus as Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9-10).
