Living Water 36
I don't want to take it for granted that everyone who regularly participates in this ministry has embraced the Lordship of Jesus and is actively pursuing the Will of God for their lives through the Scriptures. Some people might receive our ministry letters because something is making sense to them through our ministry that's not making sense to them through other ministries. It's not enough to receive good teaching from the Bible. The New Testament is clear that we must all embrace the Lordship of Jesus for ourselves in order to receive the supernatural life and relationship with God that Jesus came to restore each of us to. Each of us must give an account of ourselves to God:
9 For to this end Christ died and rose and lived again, that He might be Lord of both the dead and the living. 10 But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. 11 For it is written: “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God.” 12 So then each of us shall give account of himself to God. Romans 14:9-12
Christ Jesus came 2,000yrs ago to restore each one of us to God:
18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit. 1Peter 3:18
After what He accomplished in His Crucifixion, Resurrection, and Coronation it says in the Bible:
19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. 21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2Corinthians 5:19-21
It says in Romans 5 that the gift of righteousness must be received:
17 For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Romans 5:17
Speaking of Abraham's faith that he entered into, finally, at 100yrs of age it says in Romans 4:
20 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, 21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. 22 And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.” 23 Now it was not written for his sake alone that it was imputed to him, 24 but also for us. It shall be imputed to us who believe in Him who raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead, 25 who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification. Romans 4:20-25
And Philippians 2 says we each must give glory to God by confessing the Lordship of Jesus:
11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:11
It says Abraham was strengthened in faith giving glory to God and since we're each to give glory to God by confessing the Lordship of Jesus, we're each destined to be strengthened in faith. It says in Romans 10:
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
A life worth living begins by giving glory to God. Once you do, 2Peter 1 says exceedingly great and precious Covenantal promises will be yours by which you'll partake of the divine nature as you begin a life of union with God through Christ Jesus. Please pray with me now if you've never embraced the Lordship of Jesus:
Lord Jesus, I thank You for giving me Your life. I give You my life in return. Teach me, lead me, protect me. Together let's get something done that totally pleases the heart of our Father God to no end. Thank You for coming into my life, becoming real to my heart and to my life, and for teaching me Your ways and the proper usage of Your abilities that You're planting in me from this day forward. I receive Your Holy Spirit. Not only will I never be the same again, with Your leading and enabling this world will never be the same again. Thank You, My Lord. Amen.
In closing, I want to give you a couple of passages of Scripture to build your life upon:
17 And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear; 18 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. 20 He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you 21 who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. 22 Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, 23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever, 24 because “All flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of the grass. The grass withers, and its flower falls away, 25 But the word of the Lord endures forever.” Now this is the word which by the gospel was preached to you. 1Peter 1:17-25
6 As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, 7 rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving. Colossians 2:6-7
And lastly, an important one that I can't pass up:
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. 17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Colossians 3:16-17
Advising you to track down a Bible and read and reread the book of Ephesians several times over the next several days, after you've found it in the table of contents, these are the extent of my instructions to you [regarding your beginning a new fullness of life in Lord Christ Jesus] now that you've embraced the Lordship of Jesus. Welcome Home! Welcome to the Family! God loves you and so do we!

For the idols speak delusion; the diviners envision lies, and tell false dreams; they comfort in vain. Therefore the people wend their way like sheep; they are in trouble because there is no shepherd. Zechariah 10:2
Unless otherwise noted, Scripture quotations are from a solid Center Column Reference Study New King James Version Bible. Where Center Column Reference alternate renderings are preferred, they're not always noted on the site at the time of their usage in a given context, if there's a discrepancy between our quotation and a NKJV that our site's visitors use that's missing the Center Column Reference notes that provide more literal renderings, alternative Hebrew and Greek manuscript variations, etc. Sometimes an "Understood Subject" from the given chapter of the Bible or the particular book of the Bible (perhaps previous chapter) is given attention to while teaching. Reading (and rereading) each book of the Bible [in it's entirety] that's being quoted from in the midst of each subject is [always] greatly encouraged for added clarity! While we're [deeply] supportive of what's understood to be orthodox Christian doctrine on all matters, we're always looking for what God's ADDITIONALLY saying to us in each subject being taught.
